Sorry for going dark, guys. I'll explain everything coming up soon. I've been busy keep up with everything fitness as usual and can't wait to lock in a location soon. Until then, I've been keeping my mind at ease with spartan races. Hope you all are doing well and never forget that the grind never stops!
The Poconos was a great time and only the 4th hardest course out there for spartan races. Will be doing the beast and ultra at its hardest location in Vernon NJ. Keep it pushing!!
