Jumping into learning with the Gratz Pilates Team! 🌟

This was one of our recent times together where my side kick Bethany Kendrick and I showed them all the Reformer exercises from basic to super advanced! Then it was their turn to get on the Reformer and get a feel for footwork and some fun on the jumpboard.

I'm so impressed with their desire and curiosity to learn and understand the equipment and exercises so they can help us, the teachers, be successful with our studios and clients! 🩷

Honored to spend some time today with the team educating them on all things Cadillac!

The team is really invested in understanding the work and how all the pieces of the apparatus are utilized and why. They really want to be here to support us and our studios.

With the help from my beautiful assistant we showed them the basics to the fun advanced to everything in between. The team had awesome questions and of course we had to get them to move a little too 😊
