We’re excited to launch our 6-Week Youth Strength & Movement Program designed to help young athletes build confidence, move better, and develop proper lifting fundamentals in a safe and structured environment.

📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
📍 Starting July 7th
⏰ 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM
👥 Ages 10-16

Throughout this program, athletes will learn:
✅ Proper movement mechanics
✅ Strength training fundamentals
✅ Coordination & body awareness
✅ Confidence in the gym environment
