As we prepare for a GIANT test this weekend, we wanted to take a minute to thank all of the teams that battled the cold and rain last weekend at our annual Spring Turf Showdown.

We went 4-1 on the weekend losing in the championship to one heck of a team in PA Mustangs 13u- Hancock. Both sides would agree, it was an incredible game, both teams came to HIT🔥 and there was a ESPN worthy defensive highlight reel or two. The intensity was real. It was a game where every pitch mattered and even though we came out short, the love of the game was so clear.

Not a bad debut…. We battled the elements this weekend 🥶🌧️💨
Saturday got off to a slow start and then we battled back to win 2 games after time had expired with two outs in both game 2 and 3. Incredible effort and resiliency by every single player. In Bracket play on Sunday as the 5 seed, we dominated our first two games, including knocking off the one seed on our way to the chip where we didn’t have our best, eventually losing to an older and very good Rock Gold team. 👏👏
Overall, it was good start to the season.
