FDR BSK Team Day Script

Hey guys on Sunday July 19th, there will be NO CLASSES at the gym as we will be hosting a Broad Street Kickboxing Team Day at FDR Park in south philly.

We will meet near the baseball fields across from the skatepark on the south side of the park for a workout at 10am, and then grab food at the Southeast Asian Market at 11am.

There’s plenty of parking in the lot under the highway right next to the skatepark. The only gear you’ll need for the workout is boxing gloves. Feel free to bring your friends and loved ones, but keep in mind everyone will need their own gloves for the workout. Bring cash for the market.

Can’t wait to spend some time in the sun with you guys. Please come out and train and eat good food with us.

Excited to announce 2 new classes. MMA Fundamentals on Thursdays at 5 pm with BJJ Black Belt & Amateur Boxer Driven by the future & Sunday NoGi Jiu Jitsu at 12:30 pm with Purple Belt 1sai.ah who makes his amateur MMA debut this summer at WKA Nationals. That makes MMA accessible to everyone and BJJ 7 days a week.
