Week 4 is here… and it’s time to turn it up. 💪

We’re deloading the bench press, BUT making the squats even more challenging, and mixing in thoughtful accessory work to help you build strength where it matters most. Then we’ll top it all off with conditioning workouts that are equal parts fun and humbling. 😅🔥

Strength isn’t built in one workout—it’s built by showing up week after week. Stay consistent, trust the process, and watch what happens.

Need another reason to make it in? Every class gets you one step closer to the Consistency Club. Stack those check-ins, ring that PR bell, and keep the momentum rolling.

Starting something new can be intimidating. Walking into a gym for the first time? Even more so. That’s why we’re opening our doors and inviting our members to bring someone they care about to experience what makes Philly Personal Fitness so special.

Whether it’s a friend who’s been saying “I really need to get back into shape,” a coworker looking for a healthier routine, a partner wanting to build confidence, or anyone who could benefit from a supportive community and expert coaching—we want to meet them.

At PPF, we believe fitness isn’t about being the fittest person in the room. It’s about finding a place where you feel welcomed, challenged, supported, and excited to come back.

Current members: Think about someone in your life who would benefit from getting stronger, better health, more confidence, better energy, and an incredible community. Then invite them to join you.

Week 4️⃣ of our current strength cycle is here, and it’s time to shift gears. This week, we’re dialing back the load on the the back squat to recover, refine, and prepare for what’s next, while turning up the intensity on the bench press. 💪🏼

As always, expect some spicy conditioning pieces 🌶️, thoughtful accessory work, and plenty of opportunities to build strength that lasts. Because at PPF, we’re not just training for today—we’re playing the long game.

Week 3 of our strength cycle is here, and apparently regular reps were getting a little too comfortable. 😏

This week, we’re adding PAUSES to our main lifts—because nothing builds strength (or character) quite like sitting in the hardest part of the movement and questioning all of your life choices for a second or two.

Expect controlled reps, stronger positions, and plenty of opportunities to hear your coach yell, “HOLD!” 📢💪

🚨 BIG NEWS! The Tru Challenge is coming back to Philadelphia this October at Philly Personal Fitness! 🚨💪

Formerly known as Festivus, The Tru Challenge has always been about creating a fun, inclusive, and challenging competition experience for athletes of all levels. This year, we’re bringing it back bigger than ever with the addition of an RX division, alongside our classic Novice and Intermediate divisions! 🔥

Whether this is your first competition or you’re a seasoned competitor looking to throw down, there is a division for you. Competitors can register as Individuals or Teams of Two across all divisions, and we’re excited to also offer Masters and Adaptive divisions to make this event as inclusive as possible.

🐶🧘 PUPPY YOGA IS BACK! 🧘🐶

This Thursday, June 25, join us for an evening of yoga, stretching, and approximately 10 Labradoodle puppies who have absolutely no interest in your downward dog. 😅

These little fluffballs are only 8–9 weeks old and will be roaming, cuddling, and stealing hearts throughout class.
