The forecast is calling for some "character-building" weather, which means this ride is tracking to be an absolute classic. We already have a substantial crew committed, so the **randonneur-style rollout is officially a GO.** Ride your own pace, find your rhythm, and stop as long as you like. We’ve got a spectacular route lined up, but the real magic is waiting at the finish line:
**The Food:** Chef Mario Juarez is manning the griddle, slinging gourmet grilled cheese made with fresh local bread and .
