This summer, from June 18th to September 3rd, we’ll be doing drop-ins, 4 and 8 class packages for Control Lab Kids on Thursdays at 3:30 pm!

We know everyone is in and out of the city throughout the summer, so we want to give you some flexibility ☀️

This program is designed to help kids build strength, coordination, confidence, and a positive relationship with movement in a fun, supportive environment.

Our sessions focus on foundational movement skills, teamwork, and safe strength training—all while keeping things engaging and age-appropriate.

Back Squat Prep 🏋🏾‍♂️

If your hips, glutes, and thoracic spine aren’t ready before you squat, your body will find a way to compensate.

Try this quick warm-up before your next squat session to improve mobility, activation, and positioning:

This Sunday, April 26th, join us for the inaugural I ❤️ CHOP Run, Walk, and Virtual Challenge!

We want to thank you again for helping us fundraise for Rare Disease Research during Rep For Rare. Rare disease research is a cause that is close to our hearts, and we appreciate every single person who was able to help make that day the success that it is

Our final total was $14,623! 🙌

We will have a booth there representing all things Control Lab!

Tickets are $25, and registration closes 12 pm on Thursday.
