We will cover:
✨Postpartum recovery- physically, mentally, emotionally- for vaginal and C-section births. What to expect so you know what’s normal and when to seek help.
✨Newborn expectations - why do they sound like a goat when they sleep? Is this p**p normal? How often do I need to feed them? Why are they covered in acne and their head is scaley? Alllll of the new baby questions!
✨Logistics of home and life, because it doesn’t stop when baby comes home. How to set up your home for recovery so you’re not placing an Amazon order every single night at 3am.
