As the Trail Capital of Texas, we’re always looking ahead at ways to improve our trail system. The City is developing a conceptual master plan for the Gilleland Creek Trail Greenway, and we want your input!
Tell us what you love about the Gilleland Creek Trail and what you’d like to see more of along the greenway. The survey takes about five to 10 minutes to complete.

Think your cardboard creation can stay afloat?🚤📦
The sixth annual Cardboard Boat Regatta is returning to Gilleland Creek Pool (700 N. Railroad Avenue)! Join us Saturday, September 19 from 6-8 pm for a night of creativity, competition and plenty of pfun.
The challenge is simple: Work solo or with a team to build a boat and paddles using only cardboard and duct tape. Then, climb aboard and race your creation to the pfinish line!

Our pfinal tree walk of the year is happening this Saturday, August 29 from 8-10 am! Join Urban Pforester Dave for an easy, one-mile walk from Mallard Pond Park (19500 Mallard Pond Trail) along Murchison Park’s new trail while learning about Pflugerville’s native trees and urban forest ecosystem.
