🏡 5 things I notice within the first 5 minutes of walking through a house...

And surprisingly, paint color isn't one of them.

👃 What does the house smell like?
💧 Are there signs of past or current moisture?
🪟 What's the condition of the windows?
🔨 Do I see obvious deferred maintenance?
📍 How does the LOCATION actually feel once we're standing there?

Pretty countertops photograph well. But when I'm walking through a house with my buyers, I'm looking beyond the pretty stuff too.

Consider this your weekend reminder:

One of my favorite parts of real estate is getting to know the communities I work in, and obviously that includes knowing where to EAT. 😋
