The travel team I help coach has a rare roster opportunity. We are moving up to 14u this fall, and looking for 1-2 A-level players. Primarily interested in speedy OF or MIF, but all positions will be considered. Reach out if interested.

This board didn’t write itself - neither do results. SISU strength athletes leave their mark with what motivates them. What would you add?
Super proud of Abs! She has been working hard in the weight room. Most people don’t understand the level of strength she is demonstrating here. The weight on the bar is just under 1.5 times her bodyweight. After watching the video, I know she has even more in the tank! The percentage of people that can front squat 1.5 times their body weight for 1 rep is less than 1% of the population. Those that can do it for 3 reps is less than .5%. Strength is speed, and speed don’t slump! She is blessed! Crazy thing is, she is never satisfied. Which is the drive to be her best. Keep working Abs!
