ry Run Group waiver sign-in sheet, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, I am in good health, and I am properly trained. I assume all risks, including the effects of the weather; high heat and/or humidity; freezing cold temperatures; traffic and the conditions of the road and sidewalks; wildlife encounters; falls, injuries, and medical emergencies. I agree to abide by the rules of the road as a pedestrian, and I understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or inline skates, animals, and personal music players are not allowed during group runs. I further agree to abide by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations for the prevention of the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). I understand that there’s a risk of being exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and other communicable diseases by my participation in this event, and I personally assume this risk. I have read this waiver and acknowledge these facts. With my signature on this Perry Run Group waiver sign-in sheet, I agree that I, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Perry Run Group, Bodega Brew, the City of Perry, and the Road Runners Club of America from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event.
