Diamond Elite Academy Diamond Elite Academy is based out of North Jersey. We offer private position specific instruction as well as group clinics and team training!

We are softball instructors that focus on not only developing softball skills, but also working on the mental game for ultimate game success. We are both so passionate about this game and it is our goal to share our passion with others. Coach Harley Masiello is a former NCAA pitcher for the Ramapo College Roadrunners. She focuses on private and group pitching instruction. Coach Marissa Bariso is a former NCAA catcher for the NJCU Gothic Knights. She focuses on private and group instruction for hitting, catching and fielding. Both also do sports specific strength and conditioning. We do individual lessons and well as camps and clinics for all ages. We are currently currently based out of Northern New Jersey. COLUMBUS DAY BATTING CLINICS ARE LIVE! 🥎💙

School’s out — come get some quality swings in with Coach Victoria at Diamond Elite Academy!

We’re offering two 2-hour batting clinics on Monday, October 12 designed to give athletes plenty of reps while cleaning up the fundamentals that create a stronger, more confident swing.

AGES 7–10 | 9:00–11:00 AM
Perfect for beginner + developing hitters who are still learning the basics, building consistency, and gaining confidence at the plate.

AGES 11–14 | 11:30 AM–1:30 PM
Great for hitters who already understand the basics but want more quality reps, better timing, cleaner mechanics, and more consistent contact.

We’ll work on things like:
✨ Stance + setup
✨ Load + weight transfer
✨ Timing + rhythm
✨ Direct bat path
✨ Barrel control
✨ Balance + body control
✨ Confidence at the plate

$70 per athlete

Diamond Elite Academy is looking to add a few new coaches to our team!

We’re looking for recent college grads or current college students who are local to the area, and have a strong softball background.

Opportunities may include coaching at our facility, camps, clinics, and potentially private lessons.

We’re looking for people who are:

✨ Reliable
✨ Great with kids of all ages
✨ Experienced in softball
✨ Excited to teach, learn, and be part of the Diamond Elite environment

All applicants will be asked to come in for an in-person interview so we can make sure it’s a good fit on both sides.

We’re officially kicking off pitching programming in the new Diamond Elite facility with Harley Rose | Softball Pitching Instructor + Courtney Cienki🥎 on Saturday, September 19!

We’re offering two different clinics based on age + experience level, so your pitcher can choose the session that makes the most sense for where she is right now.

✨FOUNDATIONS 101
Ages 8–10
9:00–11:00 AM
$85 per pitcher

Perfect for beginner + developing pitchers who are still learning the motion, building consistency, and developing a strong mechanical foundation.

✨FOUNDATIONS 201: MECHANICS + VELOCITY
Ages 11–13
11:30 AM–1:30 PM
$85 per pitcher

Designed for pitchers with a few years of experience who know the basics but want a mechanical clean-up and a better understanding of how smoother, more efficient movement can help create velocity.

Every pitcher will also receive a take-home pitching journal so she can keep track of her drills, cues, and focus points after the clinic. đź’™

When you register for the first time, you’ll be prompted to create a profile. Going forward, this will be where you can see the clinics, classes, and programs you’ve registered for, as well as manage things like cancellations and account credits.

This is a brand-new system for us too, so if you run into any little snags while getting your account set up, please be patient with us while we learn the program along with you! We’re really excited to have everything organized in one place moving forward.

We’re really excited to introduce our Junior Instructors at Diamond Elite 💎🥎

This is a great option for younger athletes, but I also don’t want people to think “junior instructor” means beginner-level coaching.

Leah and Gia are both experienced, high-level players who understand the game, understand movement, and most importantly, know how to teach it.

They’re a great fit for younger athletes who are still learning fundamentals, but they can also be incredibly valuable for middle school and high school players who want extra reps, position-specific work, more confidence, or another knowledgeable set of eyes.

Comparing yourself to another athlete, their progress, opportunities, stats, or success, only takes energy away from YOUR growth. Everyone’s journey looks different, and comparison won’t get you any closer to where you want to be.

Focus on what you can control: your effort, your attitude, your preparation, and how you show up every day.

At Diamond Elite, we’re constantly asking our athletes to try new things, push their limits, and get comfortable being uncomfortable.

Trying something new can be scary !! Thats exactly why the environment around an athlete matters so much. Positive feedback, encouragement, and support give athletes the confidence to take risks, make mistakes, learn, and keep going.

We believe progress happens when athletes feel supported enough to step outside their comfort zone. Because when you create a positive environment, you create space for confidence, growth, and success.
