Come Alive is an experiential evening designed to bring you out of your head and back into your body—and into genuine connection with the people around you.

We’ll move through an intentional blend of yoga, breathwork, cacao, mindful connection, and playful exploration, creating space to soften, open, laugh, breathe, and be witnessed exactly as you are.

This isn’t about perfect poses, deep conversations, or having it all figured out.

It’s about feeling.

Feeling your breath.
Feeling your body.
Feeling your heart.
Feeling the energy of a room full of people choosing to be present together.

A fertility experience like no other. In this immersive workshop, we will spend 6 weeks in a small group, learning the power of creation in Preparing the Palace of the Child. Based in Traditional Chinese Medicine meets modern Mindset and Nervous System techniques. Weekly group sessions with educational focus, small group coaching, and weekly acupuncture sessions. We cover eating for creation. How to shift your nervous system out of survival and scarcity. And how to step into the deepest level of empowerment- the force of your femininity.

Simply Sculpt is designed to perfectly complement your regular yoga practice. Class is a 60-minute, non-hot, all-levels workout that blends traditional yoga poses with hand weights, bands, and strength training will help you find strength from the ground up.
What to expect:
* Deep Core Work: Exercises designed to stabilize your spine and improve posture.
* Targeted Toning: High-repetition intervals using resistance bands and floor work.
* Total Body Sculpting: Lean muscle building using light weights to support your joints.
* Length: 60 Minutes
* Level: All levels welcome! Modifications are provided for every body.
* What to bring: Your yoga mat, water, and a set of light hand weights (1–5 lbs) if you have them! (We also have a limited supply of studio props available).
