What an incredible weekend at Coast Aquatics!
Our 2-day Fitter & Faster Swim Camp with two-time Olympic gold medalist Tom Shields and US National Team Member and Olympic Trials Finalist Cassidy Bayer was packed with elite technique, powerful training, and lots of fun!
Huge thank you to Tom, Cassidy, and our swimmers who showed up ready to work.

Congratulations to Tripp and Sawyer for making finals at Futures in Austin, Texas. And a huge congratulations to Tripp on a Top Ten Finish in the 100M Backstroke, while also setting a new team record during Prelims (58.78)!
