This class highlights a different theme or movement pathway each week. In this class we explore multiple ways to incorporate the movement focus chosen, and how that movement progresses into higher level proficiency. Pole Flow Mechanics aims to further the understanding of basic foundational movement and to build confidence in our ability to effortlessly flow around the pole and on the floor.

Meet Anna! 💙

Anna is 12 years old and has been doing pole for five years. This is her third competitive season with USPSF, and this year she became the National Champion in her age division, earning the honor of representing Team USA 🇺🇸 at the World Pole & Aerial Championships.

If there’s a sport to try, Anna is usually the first one to sign up. She loves anything that keeps her moving-from pole and dance to cross country and swimming. This fall she’ll also be joining her local studio’s travel competitive dance team, so her after-school schedule is basically: school… practice… snack… practice… repeat. Somehow, she still has energy!

When she’s not training, her favorite place is home with her family and her two spoiled cats, Gaff and Bubba, who are convinced every stretch and spin is part of their daily entertainment.

Anna loves a good challenge, and always has fun along the way. She’s excited to represent Team USA this November and see where this amazing journey takes her!
