Pembroke Lakes Optimist

We will have a registration day tomorrow 1/6 from 10am-11am in our clubhouse.

Please remember to bring the following.

1. Proof of residency if you are a Pembroke Pines resident ( Utility bill only)
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Payment (cash or check only)

THESE ITEMS MUST BE SHOWN AT REGISTRATION.

***YOU MUST REGISTER ONLINE PRIOR TO COMING IN TO PAY***

The park is on the corner of Taft and Flamingo (1900 NW 122nd Terrace).

Registration will be held in the Clubhouse between Fields 1 and 5. Entrance is on Taft street behind the Char-Hut.

9U Bulldogs White is looking for 1 or 2 players so they will hold a tryout August 8th at 6:30pm on Field 4.
