Back in 2012, the mission wasn’t to follow the game, it was to introduce a concept the game wasn’t ready for yet.
So we slowed down and did the real work. We studied every angle, broke down the Rubik’s Cube of professional sports and athlete ecosystems, and committed to understanding the business, the structure, and the long-term play.
We watched leagues rise and fall.
We analyzed.
We adjusted.
We refined the vision without rushing the process.
Because this was never about quick wins.
