⭐️ Boot Camp Spotlight! 20lbs down ⭐️

Meet Hannah from the 4:00 class!

Hannah was gifted a 4 week boot camp from her friend 10 months ago. I remember how timid and anxious she was on the first day and she admittedly said…

“Camp was intimidating at first because I didn’t know anyone and I felt embarrassed that I had to use the lowest weights. But over the course of the first week I realized that everyone was actually really nice and I never got judged for using what fit me best at the time.”

After she survived that first week lol, I knew if she stuck with it, she would love the results. It took some time and guidance with her diet, but once she realized, the little extra effort she put into her diet was the route to success, she never looked back and it shows!! She literally gives everything she has every single class. She’s a great listener and WANTS to learn which will just set her up for more success later.

Her advice to those who are scared to start “Show up. Every day. Getting to the gym is 90% of the battle. The changes will happen and it’s worth seeing the new person you will become.”

On her off days from camp, she stays active hiking and long walks. She has also built up enough confidence & strength to learn how to drive a motorcycle. Total baddie! She’s a true gem of a person and a client and I’m so happy to shine a bright light on such a beautiful soul. Congratulations, Hannah! We are so proud of you!

We were fortunate again to give back to our Alma Mater Mountain Pine School District and the Red Devil football team by providing them with protein shakes, protein bars, and a large variety of donuts courtesy of Delicious Donuts!
