CrossFit PTC has become such a special place for me. The coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about every person who walks through the door. I’ve grown stronger, more confident, and learned to appreciate what my body is capable of. So grateful for this community and for a place that truly feels like home. ❤️

If you are looking to make exercise part of your life, check out CrossFit PTC! First, the workouts are different everyday (so never boring) and can be scaled or tailored for your needs/goals. The best and most unique part is the community. You won’t want to miss a workout, because the people will become your tribe: encouraging, multi generational and fun. You really bond with people when you sweat together - by choice. Also, if you don’t show up for a few days - don’t be surprised if someone reaches out to see if you’re okay. I’ve been going 3 days a week for over 8 years. I often leave work tired, grumpy, and spent, but after the workout I’m energized and human again.

Can’t believe it’s been almost 7 months since I joined this AMAZING community and decided to take the challenge of starting CrossFit ! I always thought it wasn’t something for me, or that it was such a complex discipline for me ! Since day one when I met coach Jen I felt like “at home” and part of the community already! Then coach Jess helped me get ready to join the group classes on the rig and that’s how it all started ! I’m always looking forward to go to the gym and see everybody there ! I got way stronger than i was before and my life in general shifted for the better since i started CrossFit and also Hyrox classes once a week now too ! Thanks to coach Jess and Andrea for being so amazing and for believing I’m stronger than i think and to the whole community for all the support we give each other on every class ! Definitely CrossFit PTC is the place to go and join if you are thinking on doing CrossFit ! You won’t regret it !!!!

Four years in and CrossFit PTC has genuinely changed my life. I'm stronger, more fit than I've ever been at any point in my life, and I've actually gotten good at CrossFit — something I wouldn't have believed when I first walked through the door.But honestly, the people are what keep me coming back. The community here is something special. I've made real, lifelong friends through this gym, and that's not something you can say about many places.If you're on the fence, just show up. You won't regret it.

I have been a member at CrossFit PTC for nearly 3 years and can honestly say that joining the gym was one of the best decisions I have made. The programming is phenomenal and Coach Jess in the morning classes is the best! I highly recommend checking the gym out if you’re looking up your fitness.

I have been going to this gym for about 6 months now using my One Pass membership and I absolutely love it here. This is a different kind of membership that allows you to attend a variety of gyms (as long as the gym accepts it). Since day 1, Coach Ric & Jen made me feel welcomed and comfortable in their gym. I go to about 5 different gyms in the area and I can confidently say this gym is by far the best one. They have a variety of classes throughout the day as early as 5am up until 6:30pm which is perfect for someone with a busy or changing schedule – with so many class options you’ll always find a time that works for you! The workouts are challenging and you’ll see results immediately - especially if you can commit to coming in at least 3x per week. All of the coaches here are very professional and knowledgeable and with a small class size of about 15 they are able to give you 1 on 1 time to focus on your specific needs or modifications to the workout. With that being said, anyone is able to workout here regardless of experience because everything can be modified to fit your level of experience. I also love that you are able to schedule a “Goal-Review” where you can do an InBody scan to track your progress and discuss your plan to achieve your goals. Additionally, the gym members are very kind and supportive. I look forward to continuing to grow here. This CrossFit PTC gym has also recently introduced HYROX which is wonderful for anyone wanting to train for a big race or
