How cool is it that CDA not only gets to build amazing dancers but also our UNSTOPPABLE, AMAZING humans?! ✨️ Last week we learned about what our dancers want to be when they grow up. Through the DANCE lessons CDA teaches, we are helping build skills they will take far beyond the dance room 🚀

Hi CDA family! 🤍 I’m Ms. Sammy, and I am SO excited to be joining the CDA team and sharing my love of dance with all of you!

I have been dancing since the age of 3 and danced competitively throughout high school. I continued dancing throughout college as a member of the Quinnipiac University dance company. I also competed in gymnastics from ages 6–16, which helped grow my passion for acro and incorporating strength, flexibility, and technique into dance.

During the day, I work as a hospital-based Occupational Therapist, where I work with both children and adults. I love helping others build confidence, develop new skills, and reach their goals, and I’m so excited to bring that same passion for teaching and encouragement into the dance studio!

I can’t wait to get to know all of you, help each dancer grow in confidence and technique, and most importantly, have FUN! 💕🩰✨
