From summer camp counselor to Assistant Childcare Director!

We’re excited to welcome Aaron Carrion into his new role at the Pawtucket Family YMCA. Aaron is already a familiar face at the Y, having spent the past four summers working as a camp counselor and creating memorable experiences for our campers.

Now, he’s bringing that experience, energy, and connection with our kids and families into our Before & After School programs as Assistant Childcare Director.

Congratulations, Aaron! We’re excited to see you take on this next chapter at the Y.

There’s a new face on the pool deck at the Pawtucket Family YMCA!

Evelyn will be leading our aquatics department, overseeing everything from swim lessons and programming to our lifeguard team and daily pool operations.

We’re looking forward to having Evelyn get to know our swimmers, families, members, and staff in the weeks ahead.

When you see her on the pool deck, introduce yourself and say hi. Welcome to Pawtucket, Evelyn!

Back-to-school season means everyone is getting back into a routine, but don’t forget to make yourself part of it.

Between school drop-offs, work, errands, practices, homework, and dinner, it’s easy to put your own wellness at the bottom of the list.

This fall, move it back to the top.

Whether it’s getting back into the gym, trying a group exercise class, going for a swim, or simply making time to move, the Y is here to help you build a routine that includes taking care of you.

Back to School. Back to Routine. Back to You.
