A HUGE “THANK YOU” to all the vendors that helped make our first Open Gym a success. Wanted to also wish everyone a HAPPY 4th of July and be safe!

There has been some confusion regarding the hours posted on our front door. These hours relate to staff availability, indicating when staff members are on site. Members will continue to have 24 hour access.

We are currently seeking vendors to participate in our Open Gym event on July 4th from 8-12. Please contact me at 2819610476.

Following the opening of GymONE, we have been frequently asked if we are associated with VFIT, the previous gym on the premises. We assure you that we are a completely separate entity with new ownership. Our focus is on providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all members. If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to reach out. We are excited about the future prospects of our gym and our members.
