Saturday, July 11 from 3 to 5 PM. Come join us for our summer community festival. We’re gonna have three amazing wrestling matches, two awesome jujutsu exhibitions and so many amazing fenders food games and prizes so come by tomorrow in our parking lot between Valor Jiu Jitsu and the Republic of Lucha.

Your opponent escaping is one of the worst things that can happen once you successfully land in a submission, but getting counter submitted while you are attacking can possibly be worse. Try instead hooking your opponent’s arm to avoid getting armbarred while you are applying the Triangle Choke.
