Beech Bend Raceway Park Update:

Last night in the LUCAS OIL DIVISIONAL EVENT, we made it down to the SEMI-FINALS of Super Stock before a transmission/ trans brake malfunction spoiled all the fun! Regardless, we had a heck of a time and have already reset for the SPORTSNATIONALS that begin TODAY!
CONGRATULATIONS to my opponent, Donna Morris, as she went on to WIN 🏆 the event. Her and husband, TC, were gracious enough to wait on us to cool down the car before we ran.

BEECH BEND RACEWAY PARK UPDATE:

Our Lucas Oil Products team is rolling into ROUND 3 of Super Stock with Jerry In the Cavalier.

It's RACE DAY here at The NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series! Eliminations underway and going into the night. Spectator passes $25/day. Kids 12&under are free!

After 3 months off of racing, we are in Bowling Green, Kentucky at Beech Bend Raceway Park, and loving it! It’s been over a decade since we’ve raced here and it’s so nice to see familiar faces. Today (Thursday) we have final eliminations for the Lucas Oil divisional and then tomorrow through Sunday will be the Sportsnationals. Jerry and Gary are doing double duty with Stock and Super Stock entries and Terry is in Super Stock.
Speedy and his sons, Will and Landon, are back home taking care of business but will join us with their race cars next week at the U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis. More pictures and updates will follow!

NHRA's Top 50 Sportsman Racers list welcomes 10 more quarter-mile legends As part of NHRA’s 75th Anniversary celebration, an elite panel of Sportsman racing legends has collaborated to select the Top 50 Sportsman Racers from NHRA’s first 75 years. Group 1 was announced June 2; here's the second group of 10 deserving racers.

What a day! We are in Ennis, Texas racing at the Lucas Oil double divisional. Will Emmons took home the NHRA 75th Anniversary Wally in Stock Eliminator over a very tough competitor, Conner Matthews, from Pioneer, Louisiana. Both drivers did a great job getting to the final and made it a fun one to watch. This completed race 1 of 2 and we start bright and early tomorrow morning with 1 qualifying run and then round 1 of eliminations.
