The RESULTS VS THE WORK REQUIRED IN REAL TIME 💪✨

And trust me that’s not even the half of the work I put in.

Honestly yall , the results will come through. It’s not going to ever be overnight. And it’s going to be some days that you want to give up. But those days will make so much sense once you get to the other side. You only get to that side with CONSISTENCY, DISCIPLINE, SACRIFICE and most importantly A CHANGED MINDSET.

Crazy how we tend to think skinny is healthier !

This picture is a prime example of how FALSE that mindset is. 5 years ago I just knew once that scale hit 150 lbs I was going to love my body. I WAS SO WRONG ABOUT THAT!

I was eating very little and doing a bunch of cardio. I wasn’t training with intention. I was just obsessed with the numbers on the scale. But my stomach was flat and my abs were visible so I thought I had it all figured out.

Until one day I tried on a pair of size small shorts and I looked in the mirror and saw myself swimming in them. I looked sick. No muscle, no body defintion, just super skinny. At that very moment I realized that I needed to do something different.

I learned 2 important things about fitness from that experience.

1️⃣ - Obsessing over the scale will not get you where you truly want to be.
2️⃣ - There will come a point in your fitness journey where you have to learn something new and it may shift EVERYTHING!

When I realized those things all of my fitness goals changed and so did my training style.
Looking back at the girl on the left compared to the one on the right…. I could never see myself being that small again. I wouldn’t want it.
Today , I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, I’m healthier than I’ve ever been and my physique has been built up exactly how I want it.

Sn: This was really a struggle for me. My cycle was just a few days away so everything felt extremely heavy and harder than usual. But regardless, the work had to get done.

Here I was fighting for my life while my son was effortlessly flipping across the mats, literally running circles around me 😭 So I decided to get a little creative. And I also made my son feel like he helped me through one of my toughest moments.

I love helping women build their bodies from the ground up! It’s incredible to meet women from all walks of life, each at different points in their journey. When they feel like they’re at their weakest, I get to help them discover just how strong they are. 💪

It’s such a blessing to be a part of so many unique stories, offering a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space 💕💅✨
