Our Friday Noon Open Mat is officially open to everyone, no matter what academy, affiliation, or skill level you represent. Whether you’re a local looking to change up your routine or dropping in from out of town, there’s always a spot for you on our mats.

No formal instruction, no politics. Just pure rolling, great training partners, and good vibes to wrap up the week.
