Who says shoulder range of motion work can’t be fun?

We’re all about making rehab purposeful and enjoyable. Sometimes that means trading the traditional exercises for a little movement, coordination, and cone swatting.

Because getting back to what you love should be fun, too.

We had to brag about this one.

One of our patients shared this incredible bounty from her garden with our Heber team today, and WOW.

Fresh flowers, tomatoes, greens, berries, cucumbers… and so much thought and care behind all of it. There may not be a kinder gesture than sharing something that took so much time and love to grow.

Thank you, Megan, for absolutely making our day. We’re pretty sure fresh produce, good people, and a little extra joy are all part of the wellness plan.

A GIANT thank you to Stifel U.S. Ski Team US Ski & Snowboard High Performance for having Team Motion in for the Medical Emergencies in Skiing and Snowboarding course.

We had a blast, learned a ton, and—like always—walked away better prepared to take care of the athletes and community we serve.

Celebrating one of our own this evening! Courtney Parker, MS, ATC, LAT put in some serious miles this weekend at the Courage Classic, riding alongside her family to raise money for the Heart Institute at Children’s Hospital Colorado.

We’re always proud to see our Motion team putting their passion for movement to work for something bigger. Proud of you, Courtney, and grateful for the impact you and your family are making.
