Sugar Sands Roller Derby We are an adult all women's roller derby team in Panama City, Florida. We play by WFTDA Rules as our guidelines.

As of Winter 2023, we practice Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. THE SUGAR SANDS ROLLER DERBY ARE A WOMEN'S FLAT TRACK ROLLER DERBY TEAM. WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL SKATERS AND VOLUNTEERS, AS WELL AS BECOMING POSITIVE ROLE MODELS FOR OUR COMMUNITY BY EMBRACING WOMEN OF ALL SHAPES, BACKGROUNDS, AND SKILL LEVELS. SKATERS ARE NOT PAID FOR THEIR TIME AND COMMITMENT, BUT DO SO FOR THE LOVE OF THE SPORT. JOIN US AS WE BRING THE FULL-CONTACT, FAST-PACED SPORT OF ROLLER DERBY TO BAY COUNTY!

Instead of one bout location, our lucky fans have the opportunity to see SSRD skaters ALL ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST! ...okay, maybe not ALL across, but
✨️T H R E E✨️ seperate locations for some good, sweaty, fun derby!

Check out our Allstars playing with 𝔓𝔞𝔫𝔥𝔞𝔫𝔡𝔩𝔢 𝔘𝔫𝔦𝔱𝔢𝔡 ℜ𝔬𝔩𝔩𝔢𝔯 𝔇𝔢𝔯𝔟𝔶 and BBSD in the Heat Wave Tournament,
our lovely traveling cat playing with Tallahassee Roller Derby vs Jacksonville Roller Derby ,
and safe travels to all of our friends traveling to the scrimscram mash-up with Northshore Roller Derby !
