Didn’t know places like this existed.

Our boys came across a walkthrough of this room on YT and were blown away. We immediately booked it to celebrate our son’s 10th birthday this week while they’re all the right age to enjoy it.

We have always been Disney cruisers and this RC cruise has made us big fans of this brand. Didn’t think I’d ever say those words. This room, part of their Star class, comes with a personal Genie 🧞 concierge that is the equivalent to a Disney VIP guide at the parks…literally.

Our Genie, Bing, is exceptional. On a dedicated What’s App chat before even arriving, she makes sure we stay connected, escorts us to EVERY single reservation and scheduled activity to avoid lines, made sure we were first to board, organized personalized snacks that show up daily, and keeps us informed throughout our stay.

I took notes 📝 of the incredible hospitality and how she has anticipated our expectations every step of the way.

We shared with the kids that when Josh and I got married over 20 years ago, our first cruise was in a small 10x10 room with no windows, a tiny tv and a small bed. We’ve come along way since then, what a blessing 🙏

Completely blown away. Don’t know how we’d ever go with another ship brand again after this experience.
