We have gone over several parts of the swing that are trial and error. None as important as width of stance!

The change of direction at the top of your swing is without question the most challenging and important part of the swing. I will break it down by saying we have to be good at four things. 1) The position of the arms, hands, and wrists at the top of your swing is maintained and slowly moves down to the ball. 2) The head feels like it is staying still. 3) Your chest feels like it stays in its original tilt or posture. 4) Your lower body is smoothly and gradually shifting to the front side. Not easy. FOLLOW ME as we break down these four moves and simplify the change of direction.
