Well here it finally is...the long awaited answer for why i run full reverse guides on my shark rod builds. Contrary to popular belief, running these heavy duty style guides reverse is actually the proper way the become tangle free and slip off the frame if the become looped around the guide. Facing them forward is like a self tightening knot that will snap your braid or rip off the guide from the rod.
