Following this past weekend’s ACYAA Jamboree, we would like to clarify and reinforce a few important points as we move forward together as a league.

First and foremost, the ACYAA jamboree was ended by law enforcement due to a capacity issue. While there were separate incidents during the day, those incidents were not the reason the event was ultimately shut down. We believe it is important that those two things are not combined into one narrative.

We will not speculate, assign blame, or contribute to the different narratives surrounding individual incidents. One incident, one player, one coach, one family does not define an organization. Those situations should and will be handled appropriately by the individuals and organizations involved.

What we will speak on is the responsibility we all share.

These are children, and their safety must always come first.

Youth sports should provide our athletes with an environment where they can compete, learn, grow, and build relationships with kids from communities across our leagues. As coaches, board members, volunteers, parents, and spectators, we have a responsibility to protect that environment and demonstrate the sportsmanship and respect we expect from our children.

We may compete against one another on Saturdays. We may wear different colors and represent different cities. But when the helmets come off and the games are over, we are all working toward the same goal — providing a safe, positive experience for our youth.

No rivalry is bigger than our children.
No disagreement is bigger than our children.
No football game is bigger than our children.

As we begin the 2026 season, Palm Bay Youth Athletic Association remains committed to safety, sportsmanship, accountability, and respect. We stand alongside our fellow ACY organizations in protecting the integrity of youth sports and ensuring our children remain the reason we are all here.

💥 Important Reminders

🚨 Coach Badges:
- All coaches must have their official badge to be on the field. No parents or other children are allowed to be on the field at any time.

🚨 Player Drop-Off
- Please have a team parent or team representative stationed at the gate to receive players.
- Parents will not be allowed through the gate simply to drop off their athlete unless they purchase an admission ticket.

🕰️ Gate Opening
- Gates open at 8:00 AM.
- Teams with approximately 9:00 AM games will be allowed in early so players can warm up.

💰 Admission
- Adults: $10
- Kids (Ages 5–17): $5
- Ages 4 & Under: FREE
- Players, Cheerleaders, and Badged Coaches: FREE

💵 Gate admission is CASH ONLY.

Bring the kids and join us for the Ready, Set, Succeed! Back-to-School Community Festival & Supply Drive! Families will have the opportunity to receive free backpacks and school supplies while enjoying fun activities, face painting, giveaways, snacks, FREE IMMUNIZATIONS and valuable community resources.

There will be something for everyone, with resources and activities designed to support children, parents, and families of ALL AGES. Invite your friends, family, neighbors, and anyone who could benefit from this amazing community event!
