I’ll take hanging out and trading with my buddies over a crowded, overpriced show every time.

Trade Nights are more than extended hours at the shop. They are a way for us to interact, to connect and most importantly to see some real cool stuff. It’s not every day you get to see a James Earl Ray auto!

Thanks again to everyone who came out and those who helped. Thanks to The Card Shop Cafe for opening up and keeping us all caffeinated. We appreciate all of you!

Look for another in-store Trade Night on October 24, and a big Christmas Trade Night at the Paintsville Rec Center on December 19, where we will have 50 free tables available on a FCFS basis.

BJ and I didn’t have much time for trading ourselves, but I did manage to pick up a couple for the PC. I had bought the Hunter Greene /25 in 2022 and it was one of the first cards I ever had graded. Sold it in the shop in 2024. It came back around at trade night and BJ surprised me with it. Now I just need Hunter to surprise me and pitch a full season.
