We’re so excited to officially welcome Marcia to our instructor team! 🤍

After lots of practice and completing her Human Reformer Pilates certification, Marcia taught half of her very first class today! 🎉 She did amazing, and she’ll be on the mic full-time very soon!

A little about Marcia, in her own words:

“Hey! My name is Marcia Beck! I’m an office manager in occupational testing, certified in Human Reformer Pilates, and a mom to two teenagers. Music, dancing, road trips, and cats are a few of my favorite things.

When I started coming to The Barre, I was looking for a fun way to work out and live a healthier life. The energy of the studio, the community, friendships, and variety of classes kept me coming back. Human Reformer Pilates quickly became my favorite class.

Becoming an instructor had been in the back of my mind for a while, so when another instructor was needed, it felt like the perfect time to take that next step. I’ve loved being a student in these classes, and I’m so excited to now be on the other side and help others discover how much fun Human Reformer Pilates can be!”

We LOVE when our clients fall in love with a class and eventually find themselves at the front of the room. 🥹❤️

This past week, Diane Driver reached an AMAZING milestone with us here at the barre | paducah, completing 500 classes to join the gold club! We are so proud of your dedication and hard work!

A note from Diane about her time with the barre | paducah 🩷

“My favorite classes are those preferably in the same day: Mariah's 5:30AM Barre and Melissa's 8:30AM Strength class. My favorite moves are lunges, squats, and bridges.

The thing I notice differently about myself from the beginning to now is my abundance of energy. Seriously, I credit Barre. Also, my agility has improved so much. I sleep better and have become a "morning person "...unbelievable!
Going to Barre makes me happy!
