GYM Hours:
Weekdays 5am-10pm
Weekends 7am-7pm

TRAIL Hours:
Weekdays 5am-9pm
Weekends 7am-6pm

The Kids Club Hours:
Weekdays 8:30am - 11:30am / 3:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturdays 8:30am - 11:30am
