Class Descriptions:
🔥Tabata - HIgh-energy, full-body workout that combines short bursts of intense cardio and strength exercises with quick rest periods to keep you moving, challenged, and having fun!
🏋️‍♀️Rack N Roll - Workout using a barbell, weight plates and dumbbells to add strength
💪🏻Move Lite - Low-Impact Class focused on Strength, Flexibility, and Enhanced Mobility
🔥5am Freaks - Mix of Strength and conditioning to jumpstart your day & boost your energy.

💪🏻Silver Dance - Full Body Aerobic workout to a range of entertaining music
💪🏻Silver Circuit - Workout rotating through several different strength and balance exercises
💪🏻Silver Seated Circuit - Seated Weight Training Exercises
💪🏻Silver Strong - Total body workout for strength, balance, stability, and coordination
💪🏻Silver Chair - Mostly seated workout targeting cardio and balance

For one night only, this Tuesday, we’re dedicating a special themed group fitness class to the one and only Dolly Parton! 💕✨

Dolly is so much more than an incredible entertainer. She’s an icon of confidence, kindness, generosity, authenticity, and never being afraid to be exactly who you are. She’s spent her life making people smile, lifting others up, giving back, and proving you can be strong, successful, humble, and have a whole lot of fun along the way.

So on September 1st at 6PM, we’re celebrating Dolly the Vero way with SWOLENE! 💪💖

B***y work. Tabata. Dolly inspired outfits. Big hair. Big energy. And absolutely no taking ourselves too seriously.

🎥 Vero Fitness is Looking for a Videographer

Vero Fitness is looking for an amateur videographer to assist with several upcoming projects that will be filmed in a documentary style format.

We are looking for someone who has a good eye for capturing authentic moments and is interested in gaining experience while helping us bring these projects to life.

Editing can be handled in house. However, if you have editing experience and would like to take on that portion of the project as well, additional compensation can be discussed based on experience and ability.

Starting Pay: $160 for 4 hours of on site filming

Schedule: 1 day per week for the next 4 weeks
