Dead week this week. No open mats. Back at it next Tuesday.

Had a blast this week working with our younger crew at camp. Lots of potential hammers here. Room full of big personalities and pure entertainment!! Huge shout out to Coach Brock, Coach Lane and Coach Max for helping out this week!

Thanks to Presley Johnson for coming in and passing on his wealth of knowledge to our guys. An amazing wrestler and one of the most respectful young men I’ve ever coached against. We got better today!

Final day of camp and our last guest clinician is Presley Johnson. Presley is currently competing at NCAA D1 program The Citadel in South Carolina. Presley is a graduate of Farmington HS where he was a 4x state medalist, 2x State Finalist and capped off a dominant senior season as a MO State Champion. In addition he was a 3x MO Freestyle State Champ, 2x Freestyle National Duals All Tournament Team member, 2x Southern Plains Champ, and one win shy of being a Fargo All-American.

Nick Lester put on an awesome clinic teaching our crew the secret sauce of being a takedown machine, The Setup! It was great stuff. Awesome dude on top of it all! These guys took advantage of learning from an NCAA D1 ALL-AMERICAN!!

I’m excited for Day #3 and our guest clinician, Nick Lester. Nick competed collegiately for the University of Oklahoma where he was a 3x NCAA DI National Qualifier and became an All-American for OU in 2012. Nick is a 2009 graduate of Eureka HS where he was a 2x MO State Champion, 4x state medalist, and a 3x Fargo All-American in Freestyle. One of the all time greats in Missouri Wrestling history. Can’t wait to see what he brings to the table!

Thanks to Jeremiah Larson for coming in and showing us the skill of hand fighting! Awesome technique and tactics we can add to our arsenals.

Ready for Day #2. Jeremiah Larson is our guest clinician today. Jeremiah competed collegiately at Maryville University where he earned All-American honors by placing at this past years NCAA DII National Tournament. In addition he was a 2x DII National Qualifier. Competing for Missouri powerhouse Neosho in high School, Jeremiah was a MO State Champion and multiple time state medalist. Looking forward to what he brings in today!

Thanks to Ronan Schulke for coming in and showing some National Champion caliber tricks yesterday. Awesome start to the week!

We get Day #1 started with a bang! Ronan Schuelke is our guest clinician. Ronan became a NCAA Division II NATIONAL CHAMPION this past season for McKendree University helping them finish 3rd as a team. He is a 3x DII All-American, Fargo Freestyle National Finalist, 2x Fargo Greco All-American, 2x Folkstyle National Finalist, IL Freestyle State Champ, 2x IL Greco State Champ and multiple time IL state medalist. Big Time!!
