Today I’m so so thankful for our community here 🖤

This morning I vented about some motherhood anxiety I was facing and one of the ladies stayed back at the end of class and asked if she could pray with me. Her prayer was simple and beautiful and reminded me of God’s sovereignty.

There’s moments I look at this studio with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and this moment was one of them. I’m just so thankful to be your instructor 🫶🏼

Pilates class schedule change this week only — Thursday night 5:30pm Hot Lower Body has been moved to MONDAY at 5:30pm, as in tomorrow 8/31. So if Monday night is one of your best nights, join in this class!

The mats just got a HUGE upgrade! 👏🏽👏🏽 These are significantly thicker (should eliminate most knee/hip/elbow discomfort that some experience) and super grippy. An added bonus, they stack!

I strive to pour back into my clients and updating equipment to offer you guys the best that’s out there is one of the ways I love to do that!
