T-26 days until our season begins! We are so excited to welcome Coach Nicole - she will be a huge asset to the growth and development of the Rogers Fall Dance Team Program.

✨ Meet Coach Nicole ✨

Dance has been part of Nicole’s life for as long as she can remember — from Dance Shoppe to High School & College Dance Teams, and now bringing that passion to the Rogers Fall Dance Team! 💙🖤

Nicole is dedicated to building confident, well-rounded dancers both on and off the floor. As a dance mom herself, she understands the early mornings, competition nerves, hard work, and unforgettable joy that comes from being part of a team.

Her coaching experience includes Osseo Dance Team, Dancin On Broadway, and Just For Kix — experiences that helped shape her positive, encouraging coaching style filled with patience, warmth, and heart. ✨

Coach Nicole’s goal is simple: meet dancers where they are, help them grow, and inspire them to become the best version of themselves. She believes the lessons learned through dance — discipline, resilience, teamwork, and confidence — last long after the music stops.

We are so excited for our dancers to learn, grow, and shine under her leadership this season! 💫
