Meet Stephanie, the owner + founder of Simply Yoga! 💜

Stephanie teaches multiple classes at SY, including our community favorite Hot Yoga. She loves creating fun events, building community, and making Simply Yoga feel like a place where everyone belongs.

⭐ Favorite Yoga Pose: Warrior II ~ makes me feel grounded, strong and confident
⭐ Favorite song to use in class: Waiting on the World to Change by: John Mayer
⭐ Favorite class to take: Currently loving Pilates Sculpt and Yoga Sculpt. Having my body challenged with different techniques is so rewarding!
