In 2017 - in the midst of motherhood and pouring into everyone else - I wanted to feel strong again.
Not just in my body, but in my life.
When I started practicing yoga consistently, I was searching for strength. But what I discovered went much deeper than muscle 💕
✨ Yoga healed my need to rush - and taught me to breathe before reacting.
✨ It turned frustration into focus, and doubt into discipline.
✨ It strengthened my body and my awareness - teaching me to move with purpose instead of force.
✨ It showed me that “strong” isn’t about how long I can hold a pose - it’s about how gently I can meet myself when I fall.
✨ It taught me that carving out time for myself isn’t selfish - it’s the foundation of every other kind of strength.
Somewhere between the first deep breath and the thousandth try, I found more than strength alone. I found me.
Yoga stopped being just a workout - and became a way to rebuild everything from the inside out.
So save this as your reminder that true strength starts on the inside.
And if you’d like to experience my kind of yoga - the kind that’s strong, playful, and made for busy moms - the kind you may not even know you’re craving - follow along.
I’d love to share this practice with you. 🖤
