SUBU is an acronym for Show Up & Blow Up! We believe that if you can commit to those two things then you can achieve any goal you set for yourself.
A typical SUBU CrossFit class consists of constantly varied high intensity functional movement that prepares you for the demands of a healthy, functional, independent life. We started our gym in the backyard and in those early days all we ever asked of our participants was to show up and be ready to put forth the effort that it takes to complete a workout. It means we consistently walk through the door. It means we don’t shy away from intensity and effort. We understand that in order to succeed we have to get to work (both inside and outside of the gym).
