16th Annual Florida Cycle for Life 2026

It is time to gear up for the 16th Annual Florida Cycle for Life (pun always intended)!
The Florida Cycle for Life has established itself as "one of the most beautiful rides in Florida". Arrive in charming downtown DeLand, a central Florida gem, to our celebration and ride launch point for check in and breakfast at 7 AM, and meet with other riders, before our staggered route launches at 8 AM.
With fully supported route options from a cool and breezy 24 miles, all the way up to and including our Old Florida 100 Miler. These routes take you through beautiful rural central Florida on a quiet Sunday.
All our routes stay off main roads. Ride on freshly paved bike trails and quiet local roads with fully stocked rest stops located every ~25 miles.
When you return from your ride, celebrate with us at our festival area where lunch and drinks are provided, as well as family fun games, and even our Main Street Mosey Scavenger Hunt for those looking for a little a post ride activity.
With breakfast and lunch provided, drinks upon return, 4 fully stocked rest stops along the route, and fundraising to make CF stand for Cure Found, you won't regret blocking your calendar for this premier Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Cycle for Life ride.
Your $25 registration fee contributes towards your $100 fundraising minimum for the event.

It's thursday, let's ride tonight for the Kyle's Bike Shop Thursday night ride! We roll out of the parking lot here right at 7:00, 30 mile ride to eagle Circle and back. Our rolling pace is 16 to 18 miles per hour, with a Chance for a fast lap at eagle circle. Who's down?? Weather pending...

Unfortunately the decision was to ban the bikes and scooters from Orange county schools this year, although I agree there is a problem with safety, we believe that education and certain regulations are truly the answer for this problem. We actually have an e-bike safety course that you can take on our website. Schools should add this and make it something the kids have to take, and maybe get a little sticker on there bike in order to ride it to school??

Ride with us tonight? Wheels down at 7pm from the shops parking lot. 30mi. 16-18mph pace with a fast lap at Eagle's Circle. Last week we ran into some rough spots on the Cady way trail, but I'm told that there's fresh tarmac down now. Let's goooooo!!
