💪 Had a fantastic time with Clara today talking about how to fuel our bodies to stay strong and healthy! We also learned a fun hip hop combo and technique!

Clara is a WNDT alumni with her Masters in Sports Nutrition. Her passion is making sure dancers of all ages dance strong, fuel their body and perform with confidence!
