Through a developmental approach, WSF aims to promote excellence and pave the way for sports organizations to graduate a new generation of leaders equipped with knowledge, skills, and experiences to improve sports safety standards. WSF will instill a healthy behavior pattern in societies through training and sports learning by scientific methods and international standards that meet the quality requirements. The World Sports Federation works within specific and specialized programs to organize, examine, review and match the standards used by sports education and training bodies with internationally recognized standards that include all the approved training program (Training Center, Trainer, and Training Material). WSF supports integration between theoretical and practical training for development in trainee’s capabilities, innovation in sports activities, and providing direction and guidance to improve the safety and quality of their work and management to acquire accreditation status and give them accredited certificates.
