Just a friendly reminder to drink some water today! Much like plants, we all need a little watering to grow and thrive. Go take a sip! ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’ง

Summer heat can increase the risk of heat-related illness, so make hydration a priority.

โœ”๏ธ Drink water every 15โ€“20 minutes
โœ”๏ธ Choose drinks with electrolytes
โœ”๏ธ Watch for signs of heat illness, including dizziness, headache, nausea, or confusion.
