Though Pride Month is nearing its end, we're proud to continue uplifting the efforts of professionals like Tosha Smith today and every day.

With more than 25 years of experience in management, coaching, and nonprofit leadership, Tosha is a driving force in the racquet sports industry.

She serves as Executive Director of the Racquet Sports Professionals Association RSPA Texas Division and Racquet Sports Professionals Association RSPA Hawaii Division, providing strategic leadership, overseeing financial operations, and advancing programming that supports racquet sports professionals across both divisions.

Tosha spent more than 17 years with USTA Texas, including serving as Director of Adult Tennis, where she led leagues, tournaments, rankings, ratings, and departmental operations statewide. Over her career, she has directed more than 100 championship events, managed large teams and budgets, and built initiatives that strengthened membership growth and professional engagement.

Her club leadership experience includes roles at Westlake Country Club, Westwood Country Club, and University of Texas Golf Club, along with serving as Assistant Tennis Coach for both the men’s and women’s teams at Southwestern University.

A former nationally competitive player and RSPA-certified tennis and pickleball professional, Tosha blends high-level playing experience with steady, strategic leadership. A Past President of the Capital Area Tennis Association, she holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from St. Edward's University.
