I love Firebush classes. I don't have the motivation to exercise on my own. But with these live zoom classes I feel like I'm exercising together with friends. The people leading the classes are friendly and motivating and really care about helping the people in attendance to stay healthy. From maintaining muscle strength, balance and flexibility to cardio and toning, these classes give a full range of workouts that are especially perfect for seniors. And I can do them in the convenience of my own home! I highly recommend attending them. You'll see how much fun they are and reap the benefits as well.
